Stress-Free Living Radio is broadcast each week in Cleveland, Ohio, USA via WELW AM 1330 and on the Internet at WELW.com. The program can be heard live every Saturday morning from 9:00 – 10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time).

The success of the radio program led to the launch of an international television program broadcast which has been broadcast in 160 countries including India, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
